In 1976, the first pure lipstick came out. It liberates women's lips. Passionate in gold mirror packaging. Glory promised by the mouth. The golden tube body breaks taboos and creates a make-up trend for public occasions. So do we know how lipstick is made? In fact, the process of making a pure lipstick requires three complicated processes.
First step preparation and refinement
First, in a lipstick maker's room, engineers first inject precisely measured pigments into a crystalline base. When thoroughly mixed, the concentration of each specific micropigment increases dramatically, resulting in a pure lipstick of each color. The paste is then placed in a grinder to grind the micropigments. Every time the slurry passes through the machine, the particle size is controlled and checked by an expert. The finer the micropigment particles, the higher the color saturation. This paste makes up the "tint" of the lipstick.
The The base consists of a selection of clear crystal waxes, candlewood waxes and high-purity essential oils, with the "tint" at its center. The unique solid color technology of lipstick manufacturers can flash and maintain the most original color. Experts then add moisturizing and antioxidant factors, along with the classic fresh fruity scent of Pure Lipstick. Then, continue mixing at 90°C for 4 hours to finally reach the desired concentration. When everything is ready, pour it into a setting lipstick mold. The lipstick molds were left for an additional 24 hours to cool and cure.
The third step, stereotyped packaging
Lipstick molds are heated at 100°C for an additional 90 minutes for optimum temperature and stability. After heating, pour the lipstick into the mold for the classic look of pure lipstick. After an instant cooling and solidification, each mold is opened with an air compression system, and the precious bullet-shaped lipstick is adorned with the picture glitter. Without waiting for a while, the bullet-shaped lipsticks are fixed in the tube, then put into their respective boxes, and finally the bottle cap is closed, and the lipstick manufacturer's lipstick is completed.
The quality of each product in lipstick processing is strictly checked, and experts will randomly select pure lipstick to ensure that each product meets the specifications. Cutting testing is an important part of random testing. It mainly slices the lipstick with a thin wire to check the resistance of the lipstick. Then the above is the process of lipstick processing.
