5. PCTA
PCTA is a co-polyester plastic raw material. It has high transparency, excellent low-temperature toughness, high tear resistance, good processing performance, excellent chemical resistance, plating, oil injection, scratch resistance, density 16% lower than PC, processing cost 40% lower than PC, good printing, coloring, and plating performance, its toughness is 3 times higher than transparent ABS. It complies with European RoHS environmental directives and is suitable for high-grade cosmetic packaging.
6. PCTG
PCTG is a transparent plastic with glass-like transparency and near-glass density, high gloss, chemical resistance, impact resistance, and easy processing, and can be injection molded, injection stretch blow molded, and extrusion blow molded. It can also produce unique shapes, appearances, and special effects such as vibrant colors, frosting, marbling, metallic luster, etc. It can be used as a source of packaging material for perfume bottles and caps, cosmetic bottles and caps, lipstick tubes, cosmetic boxes, etc.
7. AS
AS is not very hard, relatively brittle (with a crisp sound when tapped), transparent in color, with a blue base, and can be used in direct contact with cosmetics and food. It is generally used to make vacuum bottles in ordinary cosmetic water bottles. The material can also be used to make small-capacity cream bottles.
8. ABS
ABS belongs to engineering glass, which is not friendly to the environment. Its color is yellow or milky white and it is hard. It cannot come into direct contact with cosmetics and food. It is generally used to make inner and shoulder caps in cosmetic packaging materials.
9. Acrylic
Also known as PMMA or Plexiglas, it has good transparency, chemical stability, and weather resistance is easy to dye, easy to process, and is a beautiful, hard material. Dyeing is often used for cosmetic bottle caps and bottle packaging.
