4 steps to let you understand the eye shadow making process

When you want to develop your own brand, you really don't know how eyeshadow is made and what its raw materials are. Here, I will tell you all the process of OEM factory customizing products for customers.

1. Prepare the materials required for production and mix the required colors according to the formula ratio.

The raw materials generally include toner, fillers, binders, calcium carbonate/magnesium carbonate, flavors, etc. The final production standard is subject to the customer's formula, which is for reference only.

2. Grinding and stirring

Blending blends powdered ingredients into very fine particles, then pours the ground and processed ingredients into a large blender, adds the right amount of oils and esters to make a lump (binder), and confirms the eyeshadow after blending. Whether the color of the powder is uniform, and whether the moderate degree of the powder is sufficient.

3. Eyeshadow Palette Pressure

Put the eye shadow tray into the groove on the metal plate, and the metal turntable sends the tinplate together with the eye shadow raw materials into the feeder, and loads the material into the tinplate.

In the pressing step, the machine presses the eye shadow on the tinplate, so that the eye shadow will not loose powder after being squeezed, and the second is to form a solid block.

4. Packaging

After the above steps are completed, it enters the packaging workshop with the assembly line, and the packaging workers carry out further packaging processing. These steps may be the same. The machines used by different manufacturers may be different, but the processing and production of eye shadow is almost the same.
