Absolutely. Our R&D team closely tracks global beauty trends and can tailor formulas to specific claims or ingredient standards — such as vegan, cruelty-free, paraben-free, silicone-free, fragrance-free, or natural/organic. We can also adjust formulations to comply with regional regulations like EU 1223/2009, FDA, or ASEAN standards.

Can you help develop completely new formulas or just modify existing ones?
We offer both options. Clients can choose from over 500 mature, market-proven formulas, or work with our R&D team to develop new, exclusive formulas from scratch. During the process, we’ll provide texture selection, raw material evaluation, and lab sample testing until the product meets your brand requirements.

Do you have your own R&D team? What kind of development support do you provide?
Yes, we have a professional in-house R&D team with over 12 years of cosmetic formulation experience. Our chemists and product engineers specialize in creating customized textures, shades, and ingredient blends based on client concepts. We also provide formula optimization, shade matching, and stability testing to ensure your product performs perfectly in your target market.

What happens if there are quality issues with the received products?
Quality is our top priority. If any quality issue occurs due to our production, we will provide free re-production, replacement, or refund, along with appropriate compensation after verification.

Are samples charged? How long does it take to receive samples?
Basic samples (existing formulas + standard packaging) are provided free of charge (1-2 samples), with customers covering only shipping costs. Customized samples (exclusive formulas or packaging) incur a small sampling fee, which can be credited toward bulk orders. Sample preparation takes approximately 3-15 working days.

Do your products have international compliance certifications? Can they meet import requirements for different countries?
Absolutely. All our product lines comply with international standards such as CPNP (EU) and other global certifications. We can provide all necessary compliance documents — including MSDS,COA, ingredient lists, Compatibility and stability test report,production method,GMPC,ISO etc — tailored to your target market (North America,Europe, Oceania,Asia,Africa, etc.), ensuring smooth import and sales approval.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Do you support small-batch trial production?
Yes, we support flexible order quantities. For standard in-stock products, MOQ can be as low as 5 pieces, and we also offer small-batch logo printing starting from 50 pieces, ideal for emerging brands. Large-volume orders enjoy tiered pricing discounts. Please contact our account manager for product-specific MOQs.

What is the customization process for your beauty products, and how long does it take?
The customization process includes 3 main steps:
① Requirement Confirmation – Choose from existing formulas or develop new ones from scratch, select shades, and confirm packaging style.
② Sample Adjustment – We offer free sample revisions until you’re 100% satisfied (typically within 3–15 working days).
③ Mass Production – For standard logo printing orders, production is usually completed within 2 weeks. Complex formula development or special processing may require additional time depending on specific needs.
